    The staff was horrible they didn’t have the correct size vehicle for reservation and were only interested in up charging me for larger vehicles. The car they gave me was a compact that smelled of marijuana I returned the car within hours and was told by the manager there was nothing he could do I would have to call the insurance company back to open the claim again. I called the insurance company back had them transfer me to hertz who was able to handle a last minute reservation on a holiday and they upgraded me for free since they did not have the vehicle type. Will never use enterprise again no professionalism, and this is a perfect example of how they cannot plan correctly to manage their reservations let’s go hertz

    BUYER BEWARE – This location adds charges without clear explanation If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this location and felt intentionally rushed through the rental process. Because of this, I was not clearly informed about what I was agreeing to, and multiple add-ons were applied without proper explanation. I was not told that I was being charged separately for both liability protection and insurance. These charges ended up costing far more than the actual car rental. My credit card was charged $800 total. – $260 was for a vehicle upgrade – The remaining balance was for liability protection and insurance that were never clearly broken down or explained to me at the counter At no point did anyone walk me through the total cost or explain the difference between liability protection and insurance. I only learned this after questioning the charges later. When I spoke with the manager, Melanie, to address this, I was told I was the only customer who had complained. That is simply not true. A quick look at the reviews shows multiple warnings saying the exact same thing—customers feeling rushed, confused, and charged for extras they did not knowingly agree to. This feels misleading at best. Customers should be fully informed of all charges before being asked to sign anything. Transparency is not optional when you’re charging hundreds of dollars in add-ons. I strongly advise others to review every line carefully and ask for a full breakdown before signing—or consider another location altogether.

    The little manager at this branch need to be checked by the corporation, he thinks being a manager at enterprise makes him a big guy, while he just a lil worker, absolutely disrespectful & acts like he owns the place while he wouldn’t be able to afford even rims on one of my cars, corporation need to give him some training on customer service.
