The associate repeatedly told us how long we could keep the car, which turned out to be false. We were told one return date verbally, relied on it, and later found out the contract said something different after being charged over $990 extra. The process felt rushed. You’re encouraged to sign quickly, and the verbal explanations do not match what you’re later held to. If you’re renting through insurance, double-check everything in writing and don’t rely on what an associate tells you. And yes, they will try calming some BS to dismiss me saying I’m not in their records or whatever it’s a BS tactic. lol
