Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I rarely leave reviews, but I have to warn others, don't say I didn't tell you so before coming. The other bad reviews are correct.
I rented from this location 3 times in one month because I needed a car for work when going upstate. First car was a Chevy equinox, day after I picked it up it started showing a forward collision malfunction that would beep and flash each time I got in the car, i called the branch they said I could have it swapped if I come back. I explained i work upstate, leave for work before 7am and come back after 6pm. They said they are open 8am to 6pm so I asked if I can make a swap somewhere else they said yes but I wont have priority for a swap like at their branch since im not a direct customer, I couldn't get to another location so I was stuck with that car for the week.
Next time I had a mitsubishi outlander. I picked it up when it was snowing, car showed forward collision malfunction when driving but I know during bad weather that can happen in some cars so I ignored it. Next day car was dry, still got the warning each time, also the windshield had vertical scratches that were directly in the driver field of view the entire time, was not dirty, I tried to clean it with no luck at all. Called the branch again, they couldn't do anything since I can't get back before closing. When I returned the car I explained what happened and the gentleman there did discount my final price and took off the fee for the damage insurance. I must also say I unfortunately do not remember his name but this young man is the only one who seems to care about the customers overall experience.
The third time was today and it takes the cake. Had a 12:30am appointment, got there on time was told to wait because there was someone in front of me, i sat and waited. For over 15 minutes while the girl helping the guy out talked, laughed with him and watched videos he was showing her on his phone. After this I was put into a newer model Chevy equinox and went to work nearby. After work I had a doctor's appointment as did my dad, I get in the car outside of work and I get a brake system malfunction error telling me the car needs service. I turn the car off and on, same. I update the car, no change. I bring it back to this location as I was told before if I have an issue i can get swapped and be in and out no problem. Again we wait for about 20 mins while others are helped and finally I tell the person what's going on, she tells me they don't have another car to give me. I see other cars, she tells me they are waiting for repair and shes not even sure she can get a car for the last person waiting (spoiler she did) she also tried to tell me over and over its a new car, as if new cars never have issues, right? I tell her she can see the message if she turned the car on. She tell me well I don't know what to tell you. I said, I really need a car, I need to go to work tomorrow and also I'm already late to a doctor's appointment today... again, "don't know what to tell you, you can leave the car" I said i don't even have a way to get home, she said I can't do anything, dont know what to tell you,don't know what you want me to do, I can give you a refund.... I left them the keys and had to call a family member to pick me up and my elderly father, wait in the dark and cold for 20 minutes with no car to take to work in the morning...
It's pretty clear that pretty much all employees there except for one that i can think of don't actually care about giving customer's a good experience, just waiting for 6pm, collect a paycheck and call it a day. Actually spoke with a coworker of mine who said he's gotten a car from this location one time and would also never do it again because the customer service is terrible. Couldn't agree more. Don't waste your time and money, if possible go somewhere else.
Also to add to everything, called enterprise main line and was told I would be called back about all this, been over a week and no call. When I follow up through chat on their website they tell me to wait...

I had to give at least one star to be able to leave a review...
I only used this company as my car insurance company sent me here. According to my insurance company, the car rental should have been waiting for me when I arrived at the car repair shop. I was on time and had scheduled this appointment a few weeks in advance. When I arrived, Enterprise was not there, and I waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive. I mentioned to the driver this information and he said, “no we don’t do that”. Once dropped off at Enterprise, it was empty and I waited around 15 minutes for any staff members to show up. Although standing there waiting, I called the front desk hoping there was a back office where they would answer. No one answered. I then went outside in the back to look for a staff member. They were all in the back with customers and one of them told me that someone would be right in since they were busy. I told the guy I had been waiting for a while, and he brushed it off. Customer service was poor. I picked out my car which was the newest car of the bunch, the rest were older and not in the greatest condition. When I opened the door, I noticed that the car was not recently cleaned but since it was the nicest of the cars I kept it. I did not live close and by the time I was halfway home I noticed the car had a bad stench of body odor. I had to buy a variety of air fresheners to tolerate the smell. I will never use this location again.
