  I had to give at least one star to be able to leave a review... I only used this company as my car insurance company sent me here. According to my insurance company, the car rental should have been waiting for me when I arrived at the car repair shop. I was on time and had scheduled this appointment a few weeks in advance. When I arrived, Enterprise was not there, and I waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive. I mentioned to the driver this information and he said, “no we don’t do that”. Once dropped off at Enterprise, it was empty and I waited around 15 minutes for any staff members to show up. Although standing there waiting, I called the front desk hoping there was a back office where they would answer. No one answered. I then went outside in the back to look for a staff member. They were all in the back with customers and one of them told me that someone would be right in since they were busy. I told the guy I had been waiting for a while, and he brushed it off. Customer service was poor. I picked out my car which was the newest car of the bunch, the rest were older and not in the greatest condition. When I opened the door, I noticed that the car was not recently cleaned but since it was the nicest of the cars I kept it. I did not live close and by the time I was halfway home I noticed the car had a bad stench of body odor. I had to buy a variety of air fresheners to tolerate the smell. I will never use this location again.

  After an accident, I rented a car at the Amboy Road location. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and made the whole car rental experience extremely easy. We loved the car we rented! I would definitely go back if I needed a car in the future.

  Contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this location and also have escalated our issue with this specific branch and their manager whose is a very disrespectful and nasty person to deal with. Stay tuned for full review awaiting call from district manager.

  Staff are so nice and walk you through the process and explain things clearly . The staff are very honest and dedicated to their customers. Always a pleasure when I rent from them.

  This has been my go to location for 7 years while i have lived around the block. I built a solid relationship with the previous manager as we are always renting for road trips. My wife recently needed a rental while her vehicle was in for repairs. The rental was due back monday by 4:30 pm. We were in rumc (hospital) from 1 pm to 9 pm monday. We arrived back at enterprise Tuesday morning 5 minutes before they opened to explain why the rental was due late and I clearly said I understood that late charges would have to be applied. I asked the store manager to look up my history with enterprise and see if she can do anything besides charge me a full day considering it was 8 am and the full day would be until 4:30 pm which was not needed. After attempting to reprimand me she said she will take care of the bill and not charge the extra day. I figured if the day was $75, $25-$40 would be fair being that it was 8 am, the full day wasn’t due back until 4:30pm and i have spent many thousands of dollars with this specific location. I leave and she emails me the bill with the full price of the extra day on it to be spiteful instead of understanding that i was in the hospital with my 9 month pregnant wife. I even brought her the discharge papers because I don’t lie and I wasn’t looking for a hand out, i was looking to meet them in the middle somewhere. I will never return to this location as long as this person is the manager. The truth is, she belongs at a waffle house or walmart. Not an establishment like enterprise. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and a complete liar. Not what you would expect from enterprise
