When I arrived, I was asked to provide documents that I didn’t have with me, so I immediately went back home to get them. I informed the staff member that I would be returning shortly, and I came back within 30 minutes. However, when I returned, I was left waiting for more than an hour without being helped. When I finally approached the staff member again, he told me that he had given my car to someone else simply because I had left to get the documents—even though I clearly told him I was coming back. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. He also claimed that the company tried calling me the day before and that I didn’t answer, but I returned the call within the same minute and no one picked up. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had work commitments and ended up being extremely late because of this situation. To make things worse, I was then told that there were no available cars and that I would have to wait. I am very disappointed and expect a proper explanation and resolution for what happened. Thank you.
