I emailed corporate and filed fraud charges with my credit card company. All scammers,avoid. Erin "helped" me then overcharged my credit card. AVOID

They did a quick "walk through", where I noticed a hubcap and several scratches, and pointed it out to the woman at the desk. She said "sure dont worry about it". Upon bringing the car back, she "noticed a new 1 inch Crack in the bumper" and wants to bill my insurance company. SCAM!! BEWARE!!... on an updated notice, the woman i dealt with was named RJ, and doesn't remember what her managers name was. She " believes it was Erin something." She was very unprofessional, and left an accident report in all capital letters about how I will refuse to pay any damages. The owner/manager should be ashamed to hire such a person. I will recommend to everyone i know to avoid this place.

- TCTinikii ColonFeb 1, 20265.0When I rented the vehicle Compton helped and he was awesome. When I returned the car Aries helped and she was awesome. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are very attentive and respectful of my time. I love coming to this place and will never go to another place to rent a vehicle again. The only thing I would like is for the vehicle seats to have been cleaner but otherwise the car was great.
