  After Christmas, car trouble can feel overwhelming, but Lolita at the Bay Street AutoZone truly turned our day around. She was so positive, patient, and helpful during a stressful moment. She even brought in the store manager, Javier, who was professional, reassuring, and made sure our battery was installed correctly. Thanks to their excellent teamwork, we left feeling confident and relieved plus our battery has a four-year warranty.   Stopped in right before my Thanksgiving travel because my windshield wiper was starting to come apart. I picked up a new one and Adam kindly offered to put it on for me -- outside in the rain and all! It was a bit of a trickier install and so Javier also came out to help and together they got it installed quickly and made sure everything was good to go! Both of them were super helpful, friendly, and attentive. Really great service and truly appreciated!
