- CCCJOct 1, 20255.0I went there today to buy a battery for my 2013 Rav4. I was extremely upset and extremely emotional. The salesperson Sean took his time and asked me if I needed a hug. Which i'm most definitely did! I kindly accepted that hug. I have never in my life felt more calm and Appreciated by a salesperson. He then explained the 2 options for my vehicle. He installed the battery I chose with such professionalism. He was kind and caring. I can't say enough Good things about him. There should be more people employed like him by autozone on richmond avenue in staten island again.I highly recommend this autozone and use Sean.
