I want to give a huge shout-out to Russell and G for their outstanding customer service. Russell went above and beyond trying to locate my order and find a solution, and G did a great job getting my battery changed quickly and professionally. They were both patient, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t perfect. While Russell stepped away to check something for me, another employee named Sal (The guy with a beanie) came over, and his attitude was the complete opposite. He seemed dismissive and uninterested in helping with my situation. When I asked if there were any other options to find my order, he immediately said “no” without even trying to look into it. It honestly felt like he just wanted me out of the store, and he wouldn’t even let Russell continue helping me. Because of Russell and G’s excellent service, I still want to give credit where it’s due — but the interaction with Sal brings my rating down to four stars instead of five

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
