- WHW H4 days ago1.0I’m a Gold member who has spent thousands renting from Enterprise across multiple locations, but this South Hampton branch has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Joe, in particular, demonstrated a complete lack of communication and professionalism. We were put into a vehicle with tires that had an active recall—one serious enough to be associated with fatalities. When I brought the car back after experiencing issues with the tire, his response was, “Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot to call you.” That’s not a minor oversight—that’s a serious safety concern. I had my children in that vehicle. “Forgetting” to notify a customer about something that critical is completely unacceptable. On top of that, additional charges were added to our rental for extras we never requested or agreed to. Between the safety negligence and the billing issues, this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. This location’s handling of both customer safety and basic service standards is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter further.
- MTM TozogluApr 26, 20264.0Made reservations 3-4 weeks ahead of time for an upper class SUV for the weekend, when I arrived at the location, they told me they had only a Jeep Wrangler or a Mini Countryman. I was upset about it but at the end had to take the Mini Countryman. It was a brand new car and I was highly impressed how well and good this car was since I had to drive approximately 700 miles with it. The gentleman there was super helpful and nice to show me how the car works. Customer service was very good!

Booked a minivan a month ago, called to confirm that they had the car a week ago, they confirmed. Showed up today. No car. No apologies. No explanation. Got turned away. Employees make mistakes and overbook sometimes. I get it. But they made 0 effort to help out. Find an alternative or a replacement at another location. Nothing. Truly terrible.
