TERRIBLE! Do not use Smart Park.
We waited ONE HOUR in the cold to be picked up from the terminal. Smart Park said that it would be 15 minutes and then when we kept calling, they said it would be “soon”. They lied. If they told us the truth, we would’ve waited inside the terminal where it was warm. While we waited for one hour, we saw multiple vans of other parking companies promptly picking up their passengers. When we finally made it back to Smart Park, they had 4 vans not being used. Smart Park is clearly understaffed and they could not have cared less about us having to wait so long. So many better parking options at JFK. DO NOT use Smart Park.
Easy parking...the driver we had was friendly. Parked here 2 times already.

If I’m going to park at JFK, there’s no other company I’ll use. Friendly and convenient.
Easy drop-off, immediate shuttle to airport. Just as easy on the way back. They had the car there waiting for us. Would definitely use it again

I had a great experience with Smart Park. I had to book parking the day before my flight and was told they were sold out, but they were still able to accommodate me for four days, which I really appreciated!
When we arrived, the shuttle driver was already there and ready to go, making the whole process super easy and stress-free. On our return, our flight was delayed, but there were no issues on their end they just asked us to call when we landed.
The shuttle arrived at the airport within 10 minutes, which was amazing. Our driver, Deejay, was especially nice and friendly, which made the experience even better!
Overall, I highly recommend Smart Park. Everyone was helpful, the service was smooth, and I felt confident that my car was safe the entire time!
