I never wait long for the shuttle, my car is cleaned off if it snows out, the checkout process is easy. The reason I took one star off is because I recently parked here & while away, my car app alerted me that my passenger door had been unlocked around 12am. I almost called a lot to make sure no one was breaking into my car, it seemed like an odd time to be moving cars around. Upon returning home, I found a food container with some food left in it under my passenger seat. So disgusting! I don’t know why anyone needs to sit in the cars to eat. Glad I found it when I did before it got moldy and more disgusting. Other than that, I would have given Smartpark 5 stars.

Safe and reliable. Our car was cleaned of snow and warmed up for us even tough NY had the most freezing temperatures our car was in great condition at pickup. Will recommend SmartPark to everyone who wants to park there and have a worry free vacation. Drivers were polite.

Once we arrived at check-in, the wait for the shuttle was very short. Upon our return, there was zero wait time after baggage claim. Overall, excellent service. Will use again.
