This was my first time parking my car with SmartPark and their service was great. First thing they asked is for your reservation # and then inspect your car for any scratches, if you have any, and write it on the slip for records. They were very attentive, so helpful, and very nice people! I left my car for 10 days and when I came back, I saw that the shuttle bus was there when I stepped out from the terminal and the driver was so nice and patient to wait for my mom and grandmother to get to the shuttle (walked slow lol). And the good thing is that you pay when you get back from your trip and No Hidden fees!! I will definitely use SmartPark again and would recommend it to anyone. See you in February!
