When I went there for the replacement, I asked them to replace the battery. They told me they did not have a mechanic available. I then asked them to just give me the replacement battery, and I would have it installed at the garage next door and then return the old battery to them. However, the staff behaved very rudely with me. Their attitude was extremely bad and disrespectful. The weather was very bad that day, and I urgently needed to pick up my daughter from school, but because of the battery problem, I was unable to go. I went to AutoZone asking for help, but instead of helping me, they were very rude and uncooperative. They told me that first I must bring them the old, faulty battery, only then would they give me a replacement. Otherwise, they said I had to pay the full price for a new battery, take it, then return the old battery later to get a refund. This was very unreasonable, especially since the garage was right next door and I could have quickly changed the battery. Despite this, the staff treated me very badly. One of the staff members was the manager, whose name is Ali, and there was another coworker whose name Danim I had to stand in extremely bad weather and change the battery of my own car by myself. My vehicle is an XT6, which has a lot of equipment on top that I had to remove just to access the battery. During this process, my hand even started bleeding. Despite all this, none of the staff members came forward to help me. This was very poor behavior and a very bad experience for me. Because of this incident, next time I will never purchase anything from AutoZone, nor will I do any business with AutoZone again.
