  Today on 1-22-26 I went to purchase a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee. I had a conversations with a nice sales woman 5 days prior and had everything done to make sure I could go there test drive it and if I liked it to get it so I show up today test drive it and I pull the trigger I got there at 11am mind you, also the day before I even talk to the sales manager Austin and he said he’d make sure it was all set for me so I can take it home. Not only did the garage not do anything to it till I was waiting but we got there at 11 am and by 3:30pm it was decided they would have it brought to me I live 3 hours away so not only does my jeep get more miles on it it’s insured by me and a stranger has to drive it 3 hours to get it to me. I was told many times by different people it would be ready well its not and their solution is to put more miles on it at the full price I got it for when I haven’t even driven it. Never going back and I wouldn’t recommend. Part 2 called today 1-23-26 to talk to Austin about what they can do for me to make this right bc they dropped the ball. Apparently the jeep sat in the garage on Wednesday from 9:15am till close so they could have it ready for me the next day (the 22nd). Like I said I showed up Thursday 10:50 am jeep still isn’t done. They wanted to drive it to me today (the 23rd) and give me a check for 200 dollars Woopie. Calls me back tells me they aren’t gonna do the 200 anymore their owner wouldn’t approve it and also that it might not get to me today bc the code STILL hadn’t cleared I told them give me my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE THEY LIE AND THEY ONLY WANNA GET YOUR MONEY AND BE DONE WITH YOU!!! “None of this is their fault it’s just miscommunication” so congrats you lost out on 28k and I was referred there and we will no longer go or refer anyone here again. Also didn’t get home till 7:30 pm and had to drive through a blizzard. FYI Driving someone’s car and putting more miles on it is not a solution to help someone and 200 is a slap in the face. Terrible buying experience I’m 24 and this was my first big purchase had everything lined up and talk to them all weak. No accountability terrible business practice.

  Leased my first brand new vehicle from Peake in November. I was definitely hesitant at first but Rayanna was very helpful and great to work with! Love my Jeep!

  Marcus was great, he listened to what I needed for a vehicle and never once tried to upsell me or push me toward something that I wasn’t comfortable with. He recommended a low-mileage car that checked all the boxes. He was personable, easy to work with, and made the entire process stress-free. It was freezing the day I came in, and he still went out of his way to brush off the car, warm it up, and pull it up front for me to check out. Now, I know what you’re thinking “that’s his job” but he didn’t show any irritation at it which for me, as someone who can’t hide their facial expressions, that’s points in my book. Even better — the car was ready the next day, and when I showed up earlier than expected, he didn’t miss a beat. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend Peake and especially Marcus if you’re looking for a smooth experience. Also, there were a couple of dogs there and let’s drop the act and be honest - who doesn’t love a good business with a couple of pooches just hanging out in their little fenced off space. And if you don’t like dogs, man’s best friend, while you’re missing out on that aspect of life you don’t have to miss out on a stress free car buying experience, so go to Peake.
