- SHStacy HovanecAug 30, 20251.0Biggest mistake was renting from this company. The unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and blatant lies was unbelievable. We rented a truck and it was almost 3 hours late from our scheduled pick up time. My husband was stuck outside in the heat waiting around with no assistance from staff. Numerous calls were made to find out where our truck was. I was told “we just spoke with the driver and they’ll be there in a few minutes”. They did not share that we could have gone to another location with a current truck available. I was informed that Becky in the office she is aware of the situation and their office manager Matt went to lunch and never returned my call. I then called over to the west Babylon location and spoke with Mike who told me Jasmine (district manager) was out of the office and she would call me back. However it’s been a week and no return call.

Even though they did not have a truck, they gave me an appointment and when I went there, they directed me to another office far away from my house. they didn't even need to call me before going there. they afflicted. Please do not fall into the same situations. A place I will never go to again and recommend to my friends.
