He provided me verbally with a price over the phone, and said the tires were on sale but not stock. I booked the 1st appointment in the morning. I arrived and they took my car right away. Almost 3 hours later they finished. My past experiences with other shops is about an hour wait time. I then went to pay and the price was $300 more then was was verbally given to me. The guy in charge Peter said he would look into it and call me back. It's been a week and no news. My warning to all buyers is to get the quote emailed to you so you have evidence.

- GJgeorge johnstonSep 20, 20251.0UPDATE: since then Mavis has only replied back to 5 star rating don’t reply back to 1 star. Thursday I had appointment for NYS inspection at 1pm. At 11am they called to confirm my appointment and at that time I said I would like to wait for it and they said you could wait for. I show up at 12:30 and they told me have leave it and no way they could do inspection. I had appointment they should have not taken anyone other appointment or walk ups for that time or before that would not allow me to do it. I said I couldn’t leave it , they said come back Saturday morning at 8am. So I did there was person in front of me that had oil change and inspection, and was leaving it. So my car should have went in for inspection at same time while they doing oil change on other car. Well that didn’t happen around 8:30am person came in after me went before me. Pete put this young lady ahead me because he knew her. I didn’t say anything about until she left. He said to me that it was re inspection and take no time. What joke it failed again and to do breaks. I didn’t leave until 10:30am. Absolutely so I’m professional. To top all off Pete left to go cvs and left the John the assistant manger with a disaster to deal with not writing up tickets and having people yelling at for everything Pete caused. I think it is wrong that Pete favors the people he know in community! I got there early should have been out of there no later the. 9:15am.
