  Nick was great to work with, clear with additional add ons and charges, and was very thorough. The car was clean inside and out, and he was well aware of the imperfections of car upon arrival. Pick up and drop off was seamless as well. Highly recommended

  Customer service is disappointing, I called the local office to ask if they have any SUV before I can request the reservation. I was told yes. Then got a call from them they only have minivans. I called them back again and spoke to Autumn who said yes, they can arrange a smaller SUV. After arriving at the office I was given a choice between a minivan or a small little car. My minivan came with a half a tank gas, and dirty. Picture and video are backing my review. I understand my insurance is paying for the rental but my insurance is paying them because I have the insurance. Very disappointed Enterprise, you can do better. Train your employees better, they are the one your customers see and interact. Note to the owner. Please don't ask me to contact you to further help me. Your employees had a chance and they failed. Spend some time training them, instead of writing a answer to my review.

  Another totally great experience renting with Enterprise this past weekend. Always my first choice for car rental are the Smithtown and Deer Park, NY locations. Amazingly pleasant and efficient staff, and engaging and knowledgeable as well. Again, I’m not going to mention names here so as not to unintentionally leave anyone out. Blessings and thank you fellas. 🙏🏿❤️💪🏿
