- PMPatricia MercerFeb 8, 20265.0I called in advance to ask them for help opening the hood to put in motor oil because I had gotten into a prior car accident that left the hood skewed to the side. The damage to it from the accident made it difficult to open, so they said they would try if I brought it in. I bought motor oil from Autozone and brought it over. Darnell came out to help get it open, and had it open in all of 2 seconds. He was great, put in the oil for me, and even put air in my tires! Such great customer service and super friendly. He also informed me of a few things regarding the engine and told me to come back if my low oil pressure light came back on as that would mean I potentially had a leak. Altogether great help and customer service. If I ever need help again, I know where I'm coming! Ask for Darnell! He is helpful and good at his job.
