After having a really unpleasant experience at another location in Port Jefferson, I came here for help with a tire replacement that turned into quite a challenge — no other shop had the special lock nut my Jeep required to remove the tires. Jose went above and beyond to get the job done. He was patient, considerate, and made sure everything was handled the right way.
