He’s got that perfect mix of professionalism and down-to-earth attitude that makes the whole experience way smoother. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and isn’t just going through the motions. They were fast, professional, and really took the time to explain everything they were doing so I felt comfortable and informed. My car drives smoother than it has in a long time, and they treated me with respect the entire time. It’s really hard to find people who actually care about their work and the customer, but these two definitely do. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Felipe and Rayshawn again.
