My wife purchased windshield and light bulb and the agent charged her without even asking the question if she wanted to include the 12 months plan warranty. When I came back to confront him He mentioned she was probably told (not mentioning that he was one the one who helped her). A lie. Never coming back again and highly don’t recommend this store. Customers Check out your bill before leaving this store.

My pads needed to be replaced again. So I bought them at AutoZone. I will not do business with Shirley advance Auto Parts.
