We watched the tire bay staff through the window put our old tire to the side and goof around instead of work - we were the only people in the shop. Took way longer than it needed to. They charged us labor to put the tire on the rim but the actual service took less than 20 minutes once they actually started doing it. Do not recommend.

I have been bringing my car into mavis for an oil change for the past 3 yrs. On this particular day my husband and I were in together and my husband was explaining that he would like a quote on the shocks, front and back for my model car. The worker gave us the price and then we explained to him that we would have to come back and get the shocks put on a later day. We then agreed that we would just get the oil change done and we would make an appointment to come back another day to deal with the shocks. Now, I usually leave and they call me to let me know when my car is ready to be picked up. But to my surprise I returned to the shop within the hour and I was flabbergasted to see that my car was up in the air and there were no tires on my car. I walked into the shop and asked why my car was on the lift and all four tires were off. I am here for an oil change. The Mechanic said he has gotten a good deal on the shocks and it would be a great time for me to get the shocks replaced. I explained to him that I am not in the position right now to get my shocks replaced. Please get my car down and get my oil changed on the car. Shortly after I received my car and I was required to pay $107.00 for the oil change and the filter change. The following Monday morning I took my children to school and I happened to check the oil level on the car. The level was at %16, How could this be I said. I immediately called my husband and explained to him what the oil percentage was reading. Later that evening he came home and manually checked the oil level in the car. It was almost sludge-like and very grainy. By this time it was too late to bring the car in because the shop had already closed for the day. The next morning I took my kids to school and went to work. After leaving work I went directly to Mavis to inform them about this matter. When I pulled into the parking lot, the manager happened to be right outside. I explained to him what happened. He immediately took my car into the shoppe and asked the mechanics about what happened on Saturday. Whatever was discussed all I know is, the manager explained to him that this is unacceptable please change her oil and filter. With delight I received my car back with a proper oil change as well as a filter change. My car's oil level is reading %100 and has a brand new oil filter. Although my experience started out very uncomfortable and I was extremely disappointed to see that a simple oil change could have turned into thousands of dollars. This situation eventually resulted in a satisfying experience.
