Now mind you I went to wallmrt 2 days earlier for that same oil change but they refused me after them saying that they found my oil cap was tripped and there was oil leaking. Fast forward to jiffy lube so Dominic k told me I had no oil in my engine so I asked him could he inspect where the oil was leaking from he said they don't have the capability for that job so I asked him what you think I should do he said driving without oil is a recipe for compound damages to the car common Sense said to me after I heard that, to just get all the oil chang anyway after telling him I would get the oil change he also recommended some thickening agent that could possibly help the oil not leak as much. I said yea at first ...then after I heard how much the oil was and I changed my mind to no. So I went along with the regular oil change.. today I stopped by Firestone and found out I had a major oil leak in the housingadapter and sensors, which cost me 1200 for that job at Firestone .,.125 dollars was ted at jiffy lube. Because the oil leak repair w/ fire stone required a new gas filter and to take out the existing oil input oil back in the pa... Jiffy lube boi I tell yah

Fern was very insightful and patient with what I needed today, and while what was supposed to be a quick visit turned into a small project, I left the shop with satisfaction and solace knowing I had people who took the time to get the job done right.
