Last month, I found the window they worked on was not rolling all the way up, they fixed it without charging me even though its slightly out of the warranty period. What's more is that they even reimbursed the cost I had to pay to the dealer for resetting the alarm since they had to disconnect the motor. It's a definitely a very trustworthy place.
