  Wow, these guys are awesome!!! From the original phone call to schedule an oil change and tire repair, to the customer service in person, including everyone at the desk and the technician, I was very impressed. I felt cared for, they were only interested in providing what I needed, and they kept me afloat on everything they found and the work they did. This Mavis will be my go-to when I need ANY of their many services in the future. Thank you, Mavis on Chrysler Avenue!!!

  Josh and Jasoda been great. Pricey but sometimes you can find a good deal on ther website. Got a patch most recent. Let me know they have my tires in store for when I’m ready. Got to get new stuff for car for the summer plans😁

  I’ve been coming to Mavis Tire for years, and up until recently, I’ve never had any issues with the service or the quality of work. Like any business, wait times can sometimes be a little inconvenient, but it’s never been a big deal to me because the work has always been reliable and worth it. Over time, I’ve built a level of trust with Sam, the mechanic, who has consistently done an excellent job diagnosing and fixing any issues with my vehicles. Having someone knowledgeable and dependable like that makes a huge difference, especially when it comes to car repairs. That said, I’ve noticed a shift lately. I’ve seen quite a few managers come and go over the years, but the current manager stands out in a negative way. His demeanor comes across as pushy and sometimes snarky, which makes interactions uncomfortable. More concerning, it feels like the overall morale in the shop has declined since he took over. It’s always nice to see familiar faces like Sam and Jasota, who help maintain some sense of consistency. However, as a long-term customer, it’s becoming harder to feel comfortable not knowing what kind of experience I’m going to get each time I come in. For most people, car maintenance beyond basics only happens a few times a year, so those visits really matter. Right now, the environment feels more focused on making money than on customer satisfaction or supporting the staff. I truly hope to see things turn around, because this has been a place I’ve trusted for a long time and would like to continue supporting.

  Hey guys if you need anything done tires breaks oil change please come here thank you Sam,Jason’s,Roger they fix my wife car she came in crying and left very happy! Let’s just say she does not have to sale her car at all thank you! Please go to 1705 Chrysler ave in Schenectady New York! You will not regret it!!!!

  Had a huge issue at another store went to these guys at 1705 Chrysler Avenue they fixed my car it’s driving like new the store manager Roger was great very helpful also the receptionist Jasoda was very helpful got me right in and Sam the man was a great mechanic did an amazing job I truly appreciate you guys will forever be my go to thanks again.
