Tell him I need to schedule an inspection. They try to contact the store can’t get in contact so they said they’ll have them call me twice. They never call me I called the third time I get to the store. I voiced my complaint to the service person and they hang the phone up on me. I did not use any vulgar language or anything else so as far as I’m concerned, customer service at Valvoline stinks and if they want to get hold me, please do.
