  I worked mainly with Eddie, but their entire operation is professional and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended. They definitely have my business moving forward.

  I always come here. Ed is a gentleman and very honest. I had a 9:00 appt and was notified at 10:15 it was “all set”. Prices are fair and staff are knowledgeable and work hard.

  I took two cars to Monro Muffler for oil changes and left while the work was being done. When I returned, I paid and got my keys, but before leaving I checked both cars and saw the oil had not been changed—they had only added new oil to the old oil. I went back inside and asked the technician, but I was given excuses and the manager could not be reached. The next day, I spoke with the manager, who blamed me for leaving and said I should have stayed to watch the oil changes. They refused to put the cars on a lift to prove the oil filters were replaced and said they do not have cameras. I normally change my own oil, but due to the freezing January weather, I took my cars to a shop instead.
