When I brought it in on a busy Sunday, Hunter who is the store manager greeted me, was friendly, and quick to find a remedy. Once he discovered it was a small hole in the side wall he had one of the employees go a pick up my tire from another store since they did not have my exact tire in stock. They had it quickly installed, and for no cost! Hunter and the staff were polite, respectful and helped me out immensely.
