I may have asked the same thing twice or in a different manor, but there is ZERO excuse for being in the role of customer service & treating someone, who may need a different approach to reach the same understanding, the way he did. I chose not to match his nastiness & I walked out. I wouldn’t say don’t go here, I would tell the management (specifically someone above him) to teach their employees to speak to everyone with kindness & the slightest bit of grace. This area is not a well known expertise of everyone’s…Bottom line ; don’t be a jerk!

I wanted to be prepared for the weather up here. Upon entering this business, I was greeted by two managers, Stacy and Roger! Roger was extremely efficient in getting my car into one of the bays to be checked out! I was prepared to spend close to $1000 on a set of new tires! Once the mechanic looked over my vehicle and checked my tires, he determined that I don’t need tires! This could’ve gone one of two ways, I could’ve bought four new tires or not and Roger recommended that I wait until I need tires! This gentleman is truly a good human and an excellent employee! Both Roger and Stacy were so professional and yet so warm and inviting that when I do need tires, I will definitely be going back there! I highly recommend this Mavis store as their service is impeccable, and I highly rate them for their professionalism and most of all for their character!!
