The owner was super responsive — always picked up or called back right away — and really took the time to explain everything clearly. The estimate was fair and spot-on with no surprise add-ons later. The repair itself was done quickly, exactly when he said it would be, and the quality of work was top-notch. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He was also very flexible with scheduling, which made things so much easier for me, and he stuck to every promise he made from start to finish. It’s rare to find a body shop that’s this honest, reliable, and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future work and recommending him to friends and family.

Smitty matched that paint to the tee, fixed those spots, and you would never know it got hit. A great job, and a really good price. I highly recommend him for all these needs!
