He took the time to explain what was going on, made sure everything was done correctly, and didn’t rush the process at all. It’s rare to come across someone who puts in that level of effort and kindness, especially when they absolutely didn’t have to. Because of him, a situation that could’ve been overwhelming turned into a smooth and positive experience.
