He tested my battery and alternator and confirmed the battery was in need of replacing but that the alternator was still in OK condition. After a few minutes under the hood, Christopher said I was good to go. Definitely will save me the headache of using my jumper cables in the winter.

Asks me how many packages I have a few more I say , Christopher starts screaming in my face saying I take advantage of the store I came to do my job. Very disappointed with my experience there has never been a limit on packages been going there for about 2 months dropping off ups packages. Never an issue. Christopher stands there as well still doing nothing just talking very lazy person and doesn’t have much of a personality. Mind you I’m a 16 year old kid just trying to be successful in life and this man is about 40 years old screaming in a teenagers face. Stay away from this store , I recommend nobody go to this store and I will be going forward with corporate for this issue !
