I was within the warranty for a new battery. I also had my car battery diagnosed at the dealership along with video and written notes of the results. I was told by Tammy . C that I could have had a friend at the dealership forge the diagnostic with the Acura letter and receipt. Tammy C proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t my battery and that I need to check out my alternator and starter. The management wasn’t no better than her . He clearly had an attitude while aggressively type on his computer. I would never make another purchase at advance auto .
