Twice now I’ve brought my 2015 Honda Fit in, prepared to have to buy multiple tires because of an issue with one, and both times they were able to find a single replacement that was close enough. They are friendly, professional, and reasonable. Last time I was here for brakes I treated my car to their headlight cleaning and it worked like a charm!

- JDJanet DanzAug 5, 20255.0About a week ago the Morris Road location helped me out of a bind. Had a part fall off a truck in front of me while driving, damaging my car. Called the Rotterdam location and was given attitude while I was trying to check if they had a tire to replace the one I had currently just finished replacing with a donut on the side of the road. They cut me off to tell me they were swamped and closing in 5 mins when all I did was ask if they may have the tire in stock. Then once getting to pay attention to me i told them the tire size 2 times and asked if it was okay to just change one tire or if I needed to replace two due to issues it might cause even though only one was damaged. As that would impact if they needed one or two tires in stock. I got attitude like I was being dumb for asking the question. Which maybe it was but I was on the side of the road after a bad situation trying to figure out next steps after I got the donut on. They said they didnt have my kelly brand in they'd have to order and I clarified i didnt care about brand, just getting new tire asap and they said ya we have that size, be here first thing in the morning. I confirmed what time that would be, showed up the next morning right at opening and was told they didnt have any of the tire size i needed. At least they suggested the morris location but had to literally go in the Rotterdam Adirondack Tire parking lot to call the morris road one to see if they could help. Surprised they couldn't call each other to try to help me as I was trying to be a paying customer and I had gotten my tires form that location for the past few years. Nope, but morris road came to the rescue and not only had a tire for me but was able to get me in with in 40 minutes of me calling. They we ready as soon as I made my way to their location, got the tire on and put my donut and tire changing tools put back nicely in my trunk super fast and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Also a lot nicer of a waiting area to work remotely in then the Rotterdam location! So super thankful for the good service during an unexpected, and stressful experience
