  I had an oil change, tire repair, then went back two days later for rear brakes. Mayda and the other gentleman that I dealt with were extremely polite and professional. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time.

  Mayda was very professional, pleasant and helpful during my recent need for tire replacement service. I had a puncture and needed my car asap and she expedited the process and I got my car back on schedule.

  We’ve been using this shop for years for our two cars. Always reasonable and never felt like they were trying to upsell us and the work was adequate. We recently brought our car in for a rattling noise. After a “diagnostic”, the mechanic was certain the that it was our brake pads and that all four pads needed replacing. We expressed doubt multiple times as we had just replaced all the brakes and rotors less than 20k miles ago. Mechanic claimed our brakes were down to the metal and it was definitely the cause of the rattling. After reassurance, we went through with following their recommendations. After picking up our car, we experienced the same rattling noise. We called back and the mechanic claimed that it would be better in a day. Two days pass - still not better, maybe even worsening. We called back again and they then start walking their words back saying “Oh like we said it could be the suspension.” We bring our car in again on an agreed upon date when the mechanic would be in to take another look. What do you know, no mechanics are even available on that day. No discount on a needless brake change and no attempt to remedy the situation in any way - just a sorry for not figuring out the issue. Needless to say, they have lost a long time customer and we will be taking our business elsewhere. It seems as though the service and competency has declined since the Mavis takeover.
