- KCKarina Cejas2 days ago1.0Visited for a NY state inspection with a reservation at 10 AM. We were told there was 1 car ahead of us after updates. We questioned why it was taking long with a reservation and was told that reservations does not mean anything and it's just a queue. At this point, why have a rsvp option when it's all considered walk ins! We never had an issue on this long of a wait time. We ended up picking the car up at 4 PM. Avoid this place!

I came in for a tire balance and alignment, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. The service was quick, and everything was done right. Definitely appreciate the level of care and attention he gave. Highly recommend asking for MJ if you go there!

They are usually very busy (because of the great customer service they offer) and still manage to get everyone in and out. They are very efficient and are also extremely dedicated to their customers. I had the pleasure of meeting MJ, Saba and Chris; all three men provided answers, service and assurance on my car issues. If you want to feel safe and assured at a mechanic shop…this is the one! The assistant manager Saba was helpful in multiple ways: showing me the condition of my tires which were purchased at this Mavis; explaining their condition which was in a state of dry-rot and showing me with the tread tool that the tire their tread was just shy of minimum. Then Saba spearheaded the tire replacement selection and with the help of his manager MJ, obtained four tires from another Mavis so the replacement project could be done today. My old tires were purchased in 2016 and Saba really felt today was the day to replace them — in the interest of safety-first and foremost. In tandem with that concern — his expertise and customer service were A+ with me, and with all the other customers he served while I was here ( from about 2 PM until 5 PM.
