Donna is responsive, polite, friendly and Steven who transported my boat was kind, friendly, patient with us and very professional. He helped my son and I with some things about getting the boat out in the bay, he helped with our plug issue and was all around KIND. It is especially important to new boaters to be patient and he was 100%. They will be my means of transporting my 22 ft Eastern Lobster Boat. I have been using them now for 3 years and I can't be happier. I trust them and they are highly qualified.
