So, I figured I’d give these guys another shot. I called on a Friday and the vehicle was in the shop on Monday. They did all the work necessary and I got the car back on Tuesday. Consistent communication throughout Monday and Tuesday as to the status of my car. I felt it was a fair price even though the needs of the car were a bit more than expected. I would absolutely go back to them for future needs.

I told them my situation and that I'm 100 miles from home and 45 miles from Albany. They brought my car in after about an hour. Came up with multiple options for the fix. I was back on the road within two hours and able to take that last ride back with my dad from albany. The gentleman with the glasses was so understanding and welcoming. 100/10 service.
