    Saratoga Monro Auto Care Center performed an oil and filter change along with a NYS Inspection for our Toyota. They took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived for my appointment and within 45 minutes had completed said work in addition to doing a multi point inspection on the car. During that inspection they found that the air cabin filter was completely clogged and noticed that I had replaced it at sometime with a Bosch replacement filter. The technician left the glove box and filter box dismantled so that I, myself could replace the filter as I had done before…true honesty and integrity from the service center. This was the second time I’ve brought my vehicle there for service (2025 had set of tires and alignment completed). Highly recommend Saratoga Monro Auto Care Center!

    I’ve always just used Walmart because , well I’m literally just a girl. But my friend recommended me to use Monroe and it is also a block away from me. Before we headed out for vacation I stopped last minute (mommy brain, yes I should have went before the day of) but they honestly got me right in with a packed parking lot and garage still serviced me without an appointment, and it was only an hour ish. The phone did not stop ringing and people did not stop coming (Easter weekend) and they were still so professional and kind. The staff including the manager (I think Matt) up front and the guy that worked on my car were super nice and did not try to push anything on me . He asked what I wanted/needed and that was that. I will definitely be using them for everything from now on !!!!! Thank you Monroe!!!!!!

    Great experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Specially the guy at the front desk he was so kind and helpful. Service was quick, prices were fair, and everything was clearly explained. I felt confident my car was in good hands and will definitely return.

    This is the second time I brought my vehicles to this location, and I am always pleased with the speed and honesty and work with the mechanics do and it’s a very friendly atmosphere with a great waiting room and very friendly helpful staff With reasonable prices. I have used many car repair places in the Saratoga region, and I keep coming back to this location and furthermore, the ability to make an appointment Is really helpful!!!

    This is to follow up my review of over a week ago (below), to which you replied the following: "Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers (Owner) 6 days ago (*as of 04/07/26) We apologize for the negative experience you had with our services. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and we are disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations. Please reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns and find a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." Pray tell: How can we "reach out to you directly so you can address our concerns and find a resolution"? We have stopped into this location on three separate occasions and spoken directly with your local staff, no resolution, no follow-up. At their direction, we have likewise contacted the toll-free number that has been provided to others who have commented here. We have emailed detailed documentation to substantiate our claim of shoddy work and sub-par/incorrect parts. We have the removed faulty part to return to you, once we know the disposition of our our complaint. Repeated calls to your toll-free claims line--which we believe to be an outsourced call center abroad--has yielded nothing but excessive hold times, non-repsonses, and disconnects. Provide specifics. Have someone CONTACT US. You have my spouse's contact details. This is unconscionable. ********** STAY AWAY. Earlier this month, my husband opted to use Monro to replace the muffler/exhaust on my otherwise pristine 2014 Subaru Outback that has only ever received service and parts at Subaru dealerships. Mistake! The car was returned to us louder than ever, and the replacement parts installed were substantially different than the ones removed. Manager Matt G. told my husband he would make it right. After more than a week of waiting and delaying for the part, and needing to make repeated calls to ascertain status, we were told the replacement was finally in. Work was performed, but the car's condition and noise have not improved at all. Assistant Manager John (present at our second pickup) directed us to call Monro corporate at the toll-free number on the bottom of the receipt. (Note: Our receipt was not itemized, did not contain parts or service details/breakdown, and indicated only "miscellaneous service." Also, the incorrect vehicle information was printed, tied to my husband's name and former vehicle, not to this car.) He said he'd advocate for us to receive a refund, and that we should at the same time make that request of corporate. We have been waiting a week for a reply from corporate to our concerns. Repeated attempts to get answers from a call center have yielded little other than prolonged hold times and hollow promises of "we'll get back to you after we've reviewed your case." This has been going on since March 5th. Today is the 26th. At best, this is incompetence. At worst, outright fraud. Would prefer to give zero stars. Or whatever the opposite of a star is. A black hole? Because that's where our time, money, and good-faith efforts have gone. Buyer beware.
