I went in for a New York State inspection sticker. Everything passed except the on-site tech manager verbally claimed there was a power steering fluid leak and recommended replacing the rack, which caused the vehicle to fail inspection. However, my vehicle has electric power steering, which uses no fluid, so a leak is not possible. The inspection printout was very incomplete and did not properly document the alleged issue. I then went to another inspection station, where the technician stated the vehicle was in excellent condition with no leaks, and the vehicle passed inspection. This indicates the original inspection was improperly conducted and raises serious concerns about dishonest upselling practices. So if you see these name I would look else where whole team were very I unprofessional. List of names below and incomplete printout nothing is stayed on what to get fixed very generic they even upsold me a oil change plug that they stripped in prior visit cause the car needed nothing else

I pulled up and a guy came out and asked what I wanted. I asked for an inspection and he said "We don't touch EV's." I get the tension of an EV showing up to an oil change location but a) take your company off the state site and b) don't be rude. I definitely won't be back!
