This place has fallen downhill bad since they got rid of the original crew they opened it with. They almost never use all three spaces, are consistently rude and don’t actually know what services they’re trying to upsell you, the sales pitches are all over the place and genuinely don’t make sense if you know cars. The shop isn’t nearly as clean as it ever was. Ive only continued bringing my father’s car because he has good coupons. However this last time, the service was so bad I had asked about the old manager Lynn and assistant manager John who I haven’t seen there in probably a year and was told some extremely bogus story about why they don’t work there anymore, it didn’t even make sense and was extremely unprofessional of the individual telling it. I’ve since found the original manager by chance just checking out local shops and found a new place to take my father’s car and my own car, she surprisingly not only remembered me but had nothing poor to say about the company, just that she was ready to pursuer mechanic work and get out of management, she even apologized for the service I received from Valvoline. I will be making sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from this quick lube chain.
