- WMwill mann2 days ago1.0I went in today for an oil change. The assistant manager asked to open my door I said sure and he opened it. From there he checked my vin and then tried to open my hood without permission. The pull string from the hood to the lever broke when he did that. It was fine when I opened the hood three days ago without a problem. He put it off on to me now I'm out cash to fix it cause he touched it without permission.

I brought donuts for the crew as a tip. They where very appreciative. Very polite group of young men. The newer Employee thanked me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.

- AAAdkAdventureXJan 16, 20261.0I took my vehicle in for a NYS inspection and was told by the manager and assistant manager that my rear brakes "weren't looking so hot". I asked if they passed or failed and after the third time the assistant manager stated it would fail. I took my keys and took it to a small town shop who thoroughly examined the entirety of the rear brakes and components thereof. They found no issues in the condition or operation of the brakes and passed the vehicle with no issue. The manager was rude and incompetent.

I got my creeper out slid underneath and it was covered in oil so 1 they didnt clean up the mess it makes taking oil filter off i Cleaned the mess myself.. day 2 oil spots again.. it was leaking oil from oil filter not being tight enough and the oil drain plug appears to be have over tightened because I checked with torque wrench and its good and still leaking so I ordered new drain plug.. Disappointed. Honestly this is the first and last time someone other than myself will change my oil..
