From there he checked my vin and then tried to open my hood without permission. The pull string from the hood to the lever broke when he did that. It was fine when I opened the hood three days ago without a problem. He put it off on to me now I'm out cash to fix it cause he touched it without permission.

I brought donuts for the crew as a tip. They where very appreciative. Very polite group of young men. The newer Employee thanked me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.
