  I bought a used set of tires and rims from a friend for my 1ton truck, with1000 miles on them, basically new. They had the wrong TPMS sensors so I brought them to a tire place just down the road from Sams , toward West Ave. These tires were fine before I brought them in, I drove 800 miles no vibrations but was sick of the light on the dash. After leaving this place, they shook so bad I couldn't drive home. Second balance, slightly better and this other tire place.. in the "ADIRONDACKs" ..but near West Ave.. said "well we can't help you. It's the tires, they are all messed up"... after paying $389 .. they sent me on my way. I found Sam's on the Tire rack website because they have a road force balancer. When I called and told my story, the owner said "dont bother spending the extra for road force, we can get you set up with a normal balance... and if it doesnt work.. Ill do the road force for free" This sounded too good to be true.. a business who doesnt even know me down selling me!? They got me in the following week, I waited while they did the balance and an oil change..... driving home.. my truck is perfect.. literally perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised. Absolutely I recommend this place. Spend your money where they actually care. Especially proven to me they care because I didnt even buy the tires from them! Thank you Sams

  Great service, had a tire rack order delivered to their shop and they did an excellent job with install and communication. Would recommend

  Went in with a flat (that I had poorly plugged) and they fixed it for cheap. I expected them to "not do" repairs or try to sell me new tires but they recommend I replace them when I can and sent me on my way. Will definitely buy tires from these honest hard working folks. Thanks!

  On a Friday afternoon, they fit me in to have 4 new tires mounted & balanced. What I like: they're local and honest. No one trying to sell you something you don't need like all the chains/franchises. If they don't know the answer, they let you know that up front. All around good service at a fair price, with experienced staff. Been a customer for 15 years.
