  Do not recommend this place. My appt was at 10 am, for an inspection. It’s almost 11:30 as I write this and 30 mins ago I was told it was about to be brought back. Lies. My car is still sitting in the same spot I parked it. I’ve watched 3 others come in and have appts for 11. Why allow people to book appointments knowing you only have one tech. Why continue to lie to people when they are inside your establishment. I will never do business with Monro again.

  Fantastic customer service, very accommodating and top notch crew. Won’t charge you for a repair you don’t need which is greatly appreciated.

  Two strikes and you are out in my book. Based on my past bad experiences with Monro when it comes to their technicians that routinely take short cuts and lie,I decided to put a dab of red nail polish on both front wheels in a fairly inconspicuous spot knowing that those wheels would need to be on the back of the car if they actually rotated the tires. I took a photo 20 minutes before my oil change and tire rotation that was time and date stamped for proof. I spoke to the service manager when I brought my car in and advised him that I wanted the tires rotated while the oil was being changed. I reminded him multiple times during my wait of my last bad experience there for the same thing. I did not share with him how I knew last time they didn’t rotate the tires nor did I tell him about what I did this time with the nail polish on the wheels. He assured me it would be done and it was part of my synthetic oil change anyway. So guess what,when my car was finished and brought to the front of the store for me to pick up i immediately went to check if the tires were rotated and sure enough they were not. I then went and confronted the technician and asked why he didn’t rotate the tires. His answer was,No one told him to. I said it was clearly marked on the work order and it was part of the oil change policy anyway. His response was now I didn’t read the work order and now was giving me attitude. I told him he worked for me he would be fired and his response was,well I don’t. I then went to the service manager and told him what happened and he had my car brought back in for the tire rotation. Either this is an acceptable practice at this location or the employees are aware there are no consequences for defrauding the public. I now wonder what other tricks they are doing? Maybe using standard oil when you are paying for synthetic ? Clearly anything is possible here and don’t say you weren’t warned. Once again this exact thing happened to me on 2 different occasions with 2 different technicians about a year apart. No need to say anymore

  I called the day before got an appointment for an oil change in a tire rotation. I got there they took me right in service was done within 45 minutes. They honored a coupon that was had, and it was very enjoyable.

  Probably the most up front and accommodating people I'd ever encountered. Above and beyond for an auto shop. Matt in particular is really good about communicating with you and keeping you up to date.
