- JLJeff Logan2 days ago1.010am appt. Called by Mavis day before to confirm 10am appointment. When arrived Staff asked if we could leave car instead of waiting. We said sure. Heard nothing with 2 hours till close … 5pm close … called. Was told car is 2nd to next to be serviced. So not cool. Would be fine if planned on full day no car. Not what we planned. Lesson learned…. Not cool place to go. Sorry.

I was there to have my tires changed this morning & the service was exceptional from the time of arrival to when service was done. I will be returning when the season is over to put new tires on from this location. 😇🤗 Highly recommend!!
- GGGlenNov 6, 20255.0Service was exemplary. Matt made sure i understood what work needed to be done and the approximate cost. When it turned out that my part had to be ordered, he updated me regularly until the work was completed. The car is running better than it has in a long time and the car passed state inspection. Anytime i need any auto work, the only place i will go is to Matt and the Saratoga Springs Monro and I am recommending him to my friends also. Matt went well above and beyond in taking care of me and my car. I will be back soon!

We were met and by a gentleman, Austin who displayed an excellent level of customer service, always attentive and ensuring that our matter was high priority. In addition, Matt was in constant communication with us and always ensured that we were taken care of and provided support from the moment he was made aware about the situation. This great experience has made Saratoga a place where I need to visit more often. It shows how great the people in the city are. Wish you guys continje success and all the best.
