They did my tire rotation on my F150 and I didn't wait long at all. It helps having an appointment also. Just wanted to say thank you very much to the staff that took care of my pickup truck and thank you very much to the woman manager there. She is an awesome, kind and considerate manager. People were friendly nice and helpful. I usually go to the tesla service center in Latham which is a bit of a hike so happy to find this right around the block. It was also less than 1/4 the cost of tesla which is great too. Highly recommended.

When I asked for a list to compare, or any information/recommendations, she just had me come around the counter and look at the computer screen and said “all the information is there.” I don’t know anything about tires. I was hoping I could actually have someone walk me through what tires would be best for my car before I made my purchase. She couldn’t recommend or give me any information and didn’t seem to know anything about the inventory.
