My manager came to discuss my car he he had pulled out the cabin filter which was okay and told me I needed transmission and coolant flush. Since I usually have my services done by my mechanic I declined. When the car was finished I noticed that when they reinstalled the cabin filter they left material from the glove box strewn on the floor of the passenger side.

Staff was friendly, but it's not the first time I've been there for 8 am opening only to have them open the doors at 8:10 am. It's just not a good look to see them still outside talking on their phones and smoking. Then see them SLOWLY walk in and stumble across the floor with a coffee pot in hand to make coffee AFTER the time business was supposed to start. Opening at 8 am means business starts at 8 am...NOT 8:10 am! It's not the first time I've witnessed thus. AND bathroom is NEVER clean. Staff are always nice, though.

I used my veterans discount which lowered the price to 85.00. The price ended being more than a 30% increase of the price quoted to me. Btw a staff member told me that he had waved to me to go to an adjacent bay. Not true! The only thing this guy did was walk around with his hands in his pockets . The woman who rang up the transaction was pleasant, apologetic and a bright spot for your business. I will probably not be back.
