The manager answered my questions and worked hard to get me coupons to help me get the best price for all of my services. The young lady who collected my money was friendly and very bubbly. When I got in line I showed the young man my receipt for my oil change and explained to him that I didn’t receive my voucher. His response was NOT TODAY LADY . How rude I just drove away because if I had reacted to this young man it probably wouldn’t have been a good thing. It’s hard to find good help, but Nicole who works for both jiffy lube and Hoffman is a great worker.

Now I have returned for them to complete the steering fluid service after I checked and found the cap missing and no fluid swap. See how this goes…OK, the gentleman whom checked the vehicle immediately put it in the bay and did the service. About twenty minutes. Then we both checked again before I left. Forwarded 5 free car washes so I am happy with the outcome. Took too much time overall but again, it’s a busy holiday week. Also a total discount on the bill for holiday special and senior discount of about 75 dollars which was good!
- GWgerald woodDec 28, 20254.0Typical end of the month line for inspections, typical busy, busy, busy. Technician A comes in asking an owner of a Toyota to unlock the car doors. Turns out the technician was trying to service the wrong Toyota. The supervisor comes through the lobby frustrated and fixing the conundrum and she sdtesses the customers involved, loud enough for all to hear, "I'm sorry, Tech A has the wrong car, Tech A is an idiot!". And yet, Tech A is out there working on customer cars. Not a good look, and not confidence inspiring. Very entertaining though. I made sure to watch through the window and assure Tech A did not touch my car. In response to Jiffy Lube (Owner), I had a satisfactory service, no problems for me, the guy stuck with Tech A was visibly anxious though. Enjoy the day!!
- CCConnect ConnectDec 21, 20251.0Stopped by this site to get my car inspected. They said they could not remove my tire to check the brakes but still wanted to charge me $21 anyway. I was only getting my car inspected because there was no line and I thought I would do it ahead of time because I would be out of town when it would be expired so because they could not take my tire off to check my brakes, they could not do an inspection. But they insisted that they had to charge me $21 nevertheless. Now this is not the first time they have done this same thing. About three months ago they said the same thing to my son when he was getting his car inspected here at this location. This is unbelievable and should be reported to the state of New York! Absolutely unbelievable! I hope the manager takes a look at this review!
