This was by far the best time I've ever gone there they got me in and out within about 40 minutes for an inspection, which I think is amazing. They did show me my filter. They said the filter looked pretty good. I said OK I don't want one and that was it they didn't try to sell me one Or anything else I will definitely go back.

I asked them to stop and was treated with hostility at the front counter. Thankfully the manager in the shop was able to de-escalate and get me a better price with reduced services and a coupon. The people sitting in this place taking that price on the chin need to go to an actual mechanic or do their own change and compare cost and time spent. The wait alone feels like they should have offered me the change at-cost. I now have no confidence that this work will be done well, and I needed to be on the road an hour ago.
