I have been renting vehicles through them for years, sometimes on a weekly basis. My company also rents multiple vehicles through Enterprise every week, so we work with them often. We rented a large SUV from Boston for our holiday trip upstate, but the vehicle started having issues right at the beginning of our drive. I called every Enterprise location within an 80 mile radius, but no one was able to help until I reached this branch. Evan immediately stepped up, handled everything, and completely turned the situation around. When we arrived, he quickly showed me our replacement options, got us into a new SUV, and had us back on the road in about 15 to 20 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and care. I hope his managers see this because Evan is truly an asset to your team.
