(No time to vacuum but it was ready!) everything was explained to me the girl was v pleasant I was able to take it and get my visits in. The car drove nicely. The staff even reached out to make sure I was happy and if I needed assistance later on I was called day after to confirm return We have used Enterprise many times they go beyond to make experience pleasant I had once had them bring me the car (downstate) I have always been able to get the car I want or better when renting
- MGMatt GFeb 18, 20261.0Reserved a Toyota Tacoma online. Upon arriving to pick up my Tacoma I was told by the workers that they have not had a Tacoma in at least 4 months. I was then downgraded to a Mitsubishi Eclipse which the worker continuously boasted was a 2026 and a great car - it was not. I proceeded to call customer service when I arrived home to tell them about my experience. Customer service told me they had elevated my concern and that someone would contact me. No one ever did. I then called customer service again to repeat my frustration to which they lied and told me that someone had emailed me. I was then told once again that someone would contact me within 24hrs. Once again no one ever did. And finally, upon returning the vehicle a few days early my rate was nearly doubled for the few days that I had the vehicle. I strongly urge anyone needing a vehicle to look elsewhere. I’m truly uncertain how this location has so many positive reviews.
