My son called for a basic spark plug and the man told him he had it in stock. So my son leaves and goes there, which takes about 10 minutes, and by the time he got there, he was told the computers were down. They had the part number and knew what spark plug it was, but the man just kept repeating himself that the computers were down. My son had cash in his hand and he knew how much it was. This is absolutely ridiculous! And it always something! I don’t know how they stay in business! Very poorly managed!

I looked around for a few minutes and with what the store front looks like versus inside its alot bigger inside. Was able to pick up what i needed i. A few minutes.
