On 10/25/25 I went for an annual inspection. Was told I failed because I needed new front tires and wheel fasteners. I needed to replace them according to JEFF. He proceeds to give me the price of their tires, labor, taxes, inspection fee, etc. I asked JEFF "are the new feont wheels and fasteners tbe only thing i need to pass inspection? " and he said YEP. I decided to purchase wheels elsewhere to get them placed on my car and made another appointment at this Mr. Tire for the following week, 11/1/25. I drop my car off again on 11/1/25 for the car inspection after getting new wheels and fasteners replaced. I GET A CALL again from JEFF that I now needed stabilizers and locks. How??? What changed in 1 week??? I ask them and the guy says "well, it was the tire guy who looked at your car" WHY DID I PAY FOR AN ANNUAL CAR INSPECTION FEE ON 10/25/25 IF ONLY A TIRE GUY LOOKED AT MY CAR, NOT AN ACTUAL CAR INSPECTOR?? Of course, they give me a price of $500+. I pay it and when I go to pick up my car, I asked THE SAME GUY I TALKED TO ON 10/25/25, JEFF, why did it change and how was this missed and why is a tire guy doing car inspections? He said "WELL IF YOU WOULD'VE GOT THE TIRES AND STUFF DONE LAST WEEK, WE WOULD'VE PASSED YOU" so you're saying y'all charged me $500+ because yall mad I chose to purchase tires elsewhere???TRASH

One time I needed 2 new tires and several places told me I had to buy 4.....bullshit Mr. Tire sold me the 2 tires I needed without pressuring me to buy 4. I had a front wheel drive that need snows only on the front. This is now the only repair shop I go to. More recently on my last visit.....I had a sliw leak on my back tire.......thinking I may need a whole new tire... but there was screw in my tire and it needed to be plugged. I gladley accepted the $36 bill. They are the best. Love this shop in North Syracuse. I highly recommend them.
