  Overall, my experience buying the car could have been better but in the end they worked to make sure I was satisfied. On a positive note, once the repair was completed, they even brought my car back to me at work, which I really appreciated and was very convenient.

  I just purchased my second Volvo from Empire Volvo, and once again it was a great experience. My salesperson, Lana, is truly the best—she took excellent care of us from start to finish. The manager was amazing, and the finance manager made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you all for another wonderful experience!

  Sahil Ranyal is the best sales manager ever. Just spoke with him about the incident that happened yesterday. I’m glad that we could understand each other in a right way. Anyway he is the best person to deal with . If I decide to buy a Volvo I will deal with him 100%.

  I highly recommend Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown. Chris Abbatiello was my salesperson. He carefully listened to my needs and respected very much my "negotiating skills". He sold me just the car I was hoping for at a very fair price. He and Sahil Ranyal, and Danny Porti, and Lisa made my experience stress free and, in fact, most enjoyable. Truly I cannot recommend Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown enough!

  Dealing with the team at Empire Volvo of Smithtown NY was such a great experience. From the moment we walked into the Dealership we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Our sales rep Nicholas Brass allowed us to walk around the showroom, with hoovering over us to let us look and discover the showroom cars. Nick was available to answer all of our questions and explained the different levels of SUVs. We test drove both the XC60 and XC90. We decided on the XC90 and Nick worked with us to find the color and interior of our choice. I cannot express how wonderful this experience was and how grateful we were to be able to deal with such a wonderful team. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove our new Volvo home the team from Nick Brass to Sahil Ranyal, Product Specialist to Danny Porti , Tech Guru we could not be happier. This Team made us feel like family and we are so comfortable with them that we have been back with some tech questions. We love our new CX90 and have become a Volvl family! I never write reviews; however, this was such a wonderful experience, no pressure like some other dealerships we visited. We did not expect to make a decision that day, but we were blown away with the SUV, and the Team that we purchased the car in 1 day and took it home a few days later! This is our first Volvo and we love it! If you are looking for a dealership and Team run to Empire Volvo to experience the best of the best!
