Waited for hours, they finally called, they didn’t have correct glass, the technician called me like 4 different times making excuses, trying to figure something out..why is a technician calling me and not the store manager or supervisor? Called store, no manager available. Called Safelite customer service, they accomplished nothing. Complete waste of time. When I told them I was going to go elsewhere, they could care less. Worst experience, stay away!
