  One of the most seamless and painless car buying experiences. The staff were amazing, clear and helpful throughout. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jeff and Matt were helping me out, professional and down to earth. Highly recommend this place.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new Subaru Crosstrack. I was not looking forward to the whole car buying game. I was contacted by one of the sales representative a Jeff Olsen, who immediately made me feel comfortable dealing with their business. He was very outgoing and presented a bunch of different options for me which made me feel very comfortable. He took down the information of the different cause was interested in and within a couple of days he said he found one and a few weeks later it was at the dealership ready to go. And I dealt with the finance department and the service department and they were very professional too. I had also been to two of the Subaru dealers, believe them, my name and contact information and I never heard from them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people.

  East Hills Subaru of Roslyn is an excellent dealership which we highly recommend. It is centrally located near many fine restaurants while you wait for your car to be serviced. The staff is very friendly and trust worthy. Our special thank you to the car salesman. It was so nice to have a real professional like Mr.Silverstein to show us how and why Consumer report has rated the Outback with such high ratings. We have met many car salesmen in our lifetime, salesmen that we forgot about as soon as we left the dealerships. Mr.Silverstein spent much time with us explaining many features of the Outback which assured us that the Outback XT is the right vehicle for us. Mr.Silverstein is very special and made us feel that he is a salesman that we could trust from the very beginning! It is so nice to have a salesman that we can actually trust with full confidence.

  Marc Silverstein has been a delight to work with, in person, by phone, and through email. I have been driving Subaru Legacy since 2018 and 2022, and Marc helped me find a lovely Certified Pre-Owned through this dealership, where I always had the 2 Legacy cars serviced. Being a loyal customer of the East Hills showroom, Marc was just the right person to guide me.

  I had a great experience with East Hills Subaru of Roslyn. They treated my family and I with respect, patience and dedication. I came in looking to buy a certified pre owned subaru crosstrek, I had my heart set on a certain color, so they accommodated for me. Mark was our sales representative and he was great. He was very genuine and honest. He always wanted us to feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about all Subarus. He helped explain the differences between the trim models and went into depth about the features of the crosstrek. After test driving and learning about the car, I knew it was the one for me. Manny the sales manager helped us with a great deal on our trade in. Sol in the financial department was extremely intelligent and was a great guide in the best way to finance the car. I am so grateful for the great experience I had with East Hills Subaru, they made buying my first car exciting, rewarding and enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
