  I’d like to recognize Anthony DeSantis as an outstanding salesman. His deep knowledge of the product, combined with his generous and kind personality, truly sets him apart. He made the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle—he’s genuinely gifted at what he does and a real asset to East Hills Subaru.   Stopped by yesterday to see a car. Met with A salesperson named Jeff. Honestly could not be happier with my experience, very knowledgeable and helpful and all around a good guy. Will be back to purchase the vehicle but just had to leave this review because I had such a great experience.

  Crappy customer service specifically the service manager downplaying their stupid mistake. Did the oil change but went back the next day since the oil light censor lit. Went to my neighbor mechanic first to have it checked and was told there was no oil, he filled it a little bit so I can drive back to Subaru. Who does an oil change without adding oil?!? It could’ve caused a problem in the engine. The service manager was not even apologetic for such a critical incident, saying that there was oil but was “under filled”. Ofcourse there was oil since my mechanic put some. The service manager made it look like they were giving me a huge favor by changing the oil for the 2nd time which ironically what I paid for them to do in the first place. He even said it’s a jackpot for me to get a free oil change on the next service. Isn’t that the least they can do for wasting my time and potentially damaging the engine? If my car breaks down I know who to blame.

  Best dealership experience I've ever gone through, bar none. You should shop your subaru here first, before going elsewhere. I visited this dealership multiple times, spanning a 3-month period. Many dealerships openly express annoyance when a buyer doesn't seal the deal on the first visit (or multiple visits in my case) Some dealers really push the deposit thing and refuse to help further without it. This dealership wasn't one of those places. All of my phone calls and emails were promptly answered. Setting up appointment was easy every time. There's nothing bad I can say about their professionalism. Steve helped me thorough the process. We found the outback wilderness with the options I wanted. Steve helped me with the trade-in process, which got pretty complicated because Carvana was involved. He kept me updated on the delivery date too, which was affected by the few snowstorms we've had. I got most of my paperwork done over emails so there were very little time-wasting at the dealership. Once the car arrived, all I had to do was sign a couple papers and I was out with my new outback after an hour. Steve made the overall process very easy for me. Special mention has to be made for Sol from financing. He got me a good price for my trade-in and got me a competitive APR for financing. Trade-in value was much higher than other dealers but slightly lower than Carvana, which was good enough for me for the convenience. Finally, for those still on the fence about the new seventh* gen outback-- I highly recommend seeing it in-person. I've been watching a lot of review videos and was initially disappointed about the not-so-wagon shape. Yes, you need to lift those canoes/bags 2 inches higher now to mount them on the rack... but the extra headroom is great. NVH is better than the last wilderness, and mpg is better than the EPA estimate (31+ on 75mph freeway) It's still a wagon, I promise. Get a test drive and see for yourself. *corrected the generation number
