  This is one of the best national car locations I have been to. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Huge thanks to Antonio Ferro, making the whole experience really enjoyable! Definitely want to go there again.

  Making the reservation was very easy on the computer When we arrive to pick up our rental I believe the girls name was Lauren at ISP airport and it was very quick and she was extremely pleasant in helping us. When we dropped off the rental, again it's a very easy process that you have and took only a minute or two. Thank you very much for the customer service skills of your staff and ease of car rental!!

  Worst National rental location. Im an Executive Elite member and this particular location could care less about status or who you are. Waited today for an extended period of time and they had a lot full of cars (including SUVs - plenty of them). When I inquired, they said they didnt have anything. Forcing me to go to another National Rental Car location. This has happened numerous occasions here and the customer service is awful.

  The cars are late model and able to connect to Iphones with ease. Location is excellent and a short walk from airport. Returns are even easier, customer service staff is excellent.

  Easy process. No upsells. No BS. Just get your car and go. Same situation with the return. I wish all rental places were like this.
