What else would I be asking for. I changed service provider immediately.

Dennis has consistently made sure that we get the appropriate tires and wheels (as quickly as possible) that we need for our three vehicles. Recently, we put studded snow tires with steel wheels on both of our Subaru Outbacks. When you live in the country like we do, those tire and wheel combos "git er' dun'" when the snow piles high!!! Tallman's Tire is the ONLY place I go for these tires because these folks really seem to care about their customers!
